Some of the 8th grade girls were able to participate in Introduce a Girl to STEM Day at CAT's Demonstration & Learning Center  in Edwards, IL. Hosted by the Women's Initiative Network (WIN) at Caterpillar, attendees were introduced to a variety of STEM activities and careers. It was a day filled with choreographed machine demonstrations, creating circuit cards, operating simulators, a catapult challenge, and using 3D pens for imaginative creations.
