REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) 

REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS (RFQ) - Posted 1/24/2025 - ALL QUOTES DUE 12/12/2025 by 2 pm to the District Office located at 6018 W Lancaster Rd., Bartonville, IL 61607.

• RFQ1_2026 - Sump/Drain/Grade Crawlspace - RFQ DOCUMENT (PDF) - The Oak Grove School District 68 is requesting quotes to secure the most qualified and responsible bidder to complete grading of soil, install trench & drain tile, install minimum 30 mil plastic, gravel, and install sump pit, discharge, and sump pump in crawl space under the 1966 addition between the period of June 2nd, 2026 and June 30, 2026.

• RFQ2_2026 - Interior Painting - RFQ DOCUMENT (PDF) - The Oak Grove School District 68 is requesting quotes to secure the most qualified and responsible bidder to complete painting under the 1966 addition between the period of June 2nd, 2025 and August 8, 2025.

• RFQ3_2026 - Foam / Pipe / Joists Insulation - The Oak Grove School District 68 is requesting quotes to secure the most qualified and responsible bidder to provide under ceiling foam insulation for the ceiling, exposed pipes, and joists for the 1966 addition between the period of June 2nd, 2025 and August 8, 2025.

• RFQ4_2026 - Crawl Space Electrification / Lighting - The Oak Grove School District 68 is requesting quotes to secure the most qualified and responsible bidder to complete the installation of lights within the crawl space and to provide electrical outlets (2) within the 1966 crawl space during the period of June 2nd, 2025 and August 8, 2025.

• RFQ5_2026 - Crawl Space Electrification / Lighting - The Oak Grove School District 68 is requesting quotes to secure the most qualified and responsible bidder to complete the installation of lights within the crawl space and to provide electrical outlets (2) within the 1966 crawl space during the period of June 2nd, 2025 and August 8, 2025.

• RFQ6_2026 - Mitigation of ACM Materials - The Oak Grove School District 68 is requesting quotes to secure the most qualified and responsible bidder to complete the removal of ACM material from piping in the tunnels and crawlspace leading to and within the 1966 crawl space during the period of June 2nd, 2025 and August 8, 2025.
